The posts have been reviewed and the votes for this weeks submissions for the best posts have been tallied by the Watcher. And the winners are:

_________________________________________________________

This weeks deserved winner was Done With Mirrors for the post Memorial Day. It took my vote, and if you have not read it, I strongly recommend it. In second place was the Glittering Eye's The Costs of Withdrawing from Iraq. My own post, Much Lizardly Ado About... A Little Something, didn't generate much enthusiasm, though I mention it here because the penultimate topic of that post, the contours of an effective counterinsurgency campaign, is of existential importance.

On the non-council side, coming in first place was John McCain, Prisoner of War: A First-Person AccountUS News and World Report. Coming in second place was Why Spain Lectures Other Countries on ImmigrationThe Brussels Journal. You can find the full results of the voting here.
