The Results Are In

The posts have been reviewed and the votes for this weeks submissions for the best posts have been tallied by the Watcher. And the winners are:

_________________________________________________________

The winner this weak in a tie breaker decided by the Watcher was Joshua Pundit's fine post on the intersection between Islam and tribalism, The Chicken or the Egg?. Tied for first place in the voting was Bookworm Room's very thoughtful post, For Once, It Really Is About the Children. And also tied for first place and yet again losing a tie breaker (I am 0 for 4 - the law of averages has to start kicking in here at some point) was my post, Dear Pakistan. Coming in a true second place was a very good post from The Glittering Eye that I particularly liked, Caring Is Not Enough.

In the non-council category, the winner was What Kind of War Crimes Trials Does Obama Plan? (Updated) at American Thinker with Wake Up and Smell the Soup! by Melanie Phillips coming in second place. You can find the full results of the voting at the Watcher's site.
