It was apparent during the campaign that Obama was a con man. As Krauthammer made clear in his column on Friday, nothing has changed. Obama is still playing fast and loose with the truth, exaggerating and making outright lies with amazing facility. Then there came this latest symbolic gesture made by Obama the other day that he played up as substantive.
