Lawfare - From War To Miranda

I read the other day of the incredible claim that Obama has the FBI now reading Miranda rights to prisoners captured in the war on terror. If so, the implications are going to be far reaching and dire. If you recall, in response to the first questions asked of him by interrogators, KSM is reputed to have asked for a lawyer. Were he captured today, he in fact would be entitled to one - and the intelligence we would gain from him would have been precisely zero.
