The title is latin for "It speaks for itself" Its rare that you see a headline in an otherwise quality newspaper that just drips such idiocy as to cause an intake of breath. Today, such a headline appears in the Telegraph:
All-day drinking 'fails to end binge culture'
Government admits introduction of 24 hour drinking has not met all its expectations.
And if that doesn't tell you all you need to know about the quality of today's edition of the Telegraph, the most read story on the site today involves a man, his vacuum cleaner, and what can only be fairly described as insufficient privacy.

First link (24 hour drinking) doesn't seem to work - goes to front page, with no apparent connection to the article mentioned...
Hello Suek. The headline and photo were as they appeared on the Telegraph's website yesterday. There were links to several stories and opinion articles under the headline, with http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2008/03/04/nbooze404.xml being the major one.
