Watcher's Council Business - Results & Nominations

I have been derelict in my duties this week, failing to post the results of the last round of voting as well as the current nominations. The winner of last week's contest for best post was Joshua Pundit with just a must-read essay, Land For Peace, American Style. It puts into perspective the situation of Israel by comparing it to a hypothetical with our own southwestern states that La Raza seeks to break off into a seperate country. Among the non-Council submissions, the winner was one of my favorite blogs, Seraphic Secret. His post The New-Old War Against the Jews discusses how the canard of anti-zionism is nothing more than a transparent attempt to dress up anti-semitism that has been around for millenia. Each week, the members of the Watcher's Council nominate one of their own posts and a second from outside the Council for consideration by other council members in a contest for best post. The Watcher publishes the results each Friday morning.
