Watcher's Council Results

The posts have been reviewed and the votes for this weeks submissions for the best posts have been tallied by Soccer Dad playing the role of Watcher this week. And the winners are:

The winning post in a runaway this week was Who knew by Done with Mirrors, an examination of the gulf between what many of the opponents of the war actually posited in 2002. Coming in second place was my post, Deconstructing the Socialists War On Law & Order In Britain in a tie with a very thoughtful post from Bookworm Room, The moral of the story.

In the Non-Council category, the winner this week was my submission, a Stars and Stripes article, Soldiers Recount Deadly Attack On Afghan Outpost. A platoon of the 173rd Inf., heavilly outnumbered, repelled a major attack by the Taliban and al Qaeda. Nine of our soldiers died in that defense. If you are not familiar with the story, do read it. Coming in second was Right Wing Nuthouse's When it's Obama's War.
